MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Lynn Joffe, M.D., MSPH
Dr. Joffe is a 3rd generation Colorado native, who graduated from University of Colorado Medical School in 1994. She did her residency at Swedish Medical Center. She also has a Masters of Science in Public Health.
She is interested in all facets of family medicine but has a special interest in women's health and behavioral health.

Dr. Joffe is married and has two daughters. She has a Saint Bernard named Archie and she does foster care for a large dog rescue. She spends her spare time gardening, hiking, scuba diving, and traveling.

Emily Schultz, D.O., MSBS
Dr. Emily Schultz is a proud second-generation Colorado Native from Golden. She is fortunate to have completed her entire medical training in her home state. She received a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Physiology from CU Boulder, a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Rocky Vista University, and finally her doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University. She rounded out her medical residency training at HealthONE Family Medicine Residency based in Aurora.
She is an incredibly empathetic physician who is passionate about full-scope family medicine where she can care for individuals of all ages— from diapers to diapers! She places an emphasis on treating her patients as holistic, multifaceted individuals, not merely a set of symptoms. Her specific areas of interest include women's health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and mental health. When she is not at work, Dr. Schultz loves spending time with her two children, husband and two fluffy Australian Shepherds. As a true CO family, they particularly enjoy adventures in off-roading, camping, hiking and snowshoeing.
Michele Robinson, PA-C
Ms. Robinson joined DTC Family Health in 2002 after completing Physician Assistant School at Red Rocks Community College. She has been a resident of Colorado for nearly 20 years. Prior to providing healthcare as a PA, she worked at Denver Health as an X-ray Technologist.
Michele is passionate about providing high quality healthcare in a comfortable, caring environment.
In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs. She enjoys golf, snowboarding, traveling and reading.

Megan Clark, PA-C
Megan graduated undergrad from University of Denver in 2007 and went on to get her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in August 2011. She joined DTC Family Health in 2019 as a Physician Assistant with 8 years of prior patient care experience.
Megan is passionate about providing comprehensive care to her patients and improving communication regarding diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with husband Kevin, her 2 kids and her dog Buttercup. She’s a Colorado native so is lucky enough to see her family often. She also enjoys cooking, playing volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, and going to concerts

Jennifer Vierthaler, PA-C
Ms. Vierthaler received her BS in Psychology from Colorado State University in 1994 and completed her Masters in Psychology at Northern Arizona University in 1998.
She completed her PA training at the University of Utah in 2008. She joined DTC Family Health in 2008.
She enjoys spending time with her daughter, running, eating at new restaurants, and being in the mountains.

Lindsay Cross, PA-C
Lindsay is originally from Austin, TX. She attended the University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree in biopyschology and received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Penn State University in 2021. She is excited to now call Colorado home.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband Rob, their chocolate Labrador, and their five alpacas. She also enjoys baking, reading, and traveling.

Meredith Dean, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Meredith is originally from Massachusetts, where she completed her first Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and communications from Bentley University. She quickly found
her love for health and worked in event marketing at two natural food companies, the latter of which brought her to Colorado. She then transitioned to the world of healthcare
doing fundraising events for National Jewish Health. This sparked her passion for patient care and directly helping others. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from University of Colorado Anschutz in 2020 and went back to CU for her Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating in 2025. During her time as a registered nurse, she specialized in inpatient traumatic brain injury at Craig Hospital.
In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, going for walks, trying new restaurants/coffee shops, hiking, traveling, and all things food
related.

Heather Cherry, R.D.
Dietician
Heather graduated from the University of Arizona and continued her dietetic specialty at the University of Houston becoming a Registered Dietician in 2002. She began her career at the Colorado Center for Weight Management in Lakewood and helped open another office in Lone Tree. In 2008, Heather went into private practice where she has been ever since. Heather Joined DTC Family Health in 2013 and is happy to call it home.
Heather is a native of Colorado. She is married with two young sons. She enjoys skiing, running, watching the Food Network and Unsolved Mysteries.

Cindy Rosa, LPC, CACIII
Counselor
Cindy graduated from Lesley College, Cambridge Massachusetts in 1984 with a Master’s degree in Expressive Therapies, with her concentration in Art Therapy. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addictions Counselor, level III. Cindy has worked in Community Mental Health in Colorado as both a clinician and supervisor for over 22 years with both troubled teens and adults. Cindy’s goal is to have everyone recognize the good in themselves and to make the most of their lives.
Cindy spends most of her free time outdoors; bicycling, backcountry/cross country skiing, rock climbing and back packing with her husband, along with reading and sewing.

Sara Anderson, M.A., LPCC
Counselor
Sara earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She’s trained in EMDR, CBT, ADHD assessment, and Gottman theory for couples counseling. Sara brings a warm, honest, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. She works with teens, young adults, adults, and couples, helping people untangle what’s feeling heavy, build self-trust, and move through life with more confidence and clarity.
Outside the therapy room, Sara loves spending time with her fiancé, two stepdaughters, and their busy little pack of two dogs and three cats. She finds joy in dancing, baking, yoga, and being out in nature whenever she can.
